Our primary focus in June has been on data accuracy and it's been a busy month. We've shipped some major updates to:

  1. Identify more organic search traffic so less of your revenue is marked as 'Direct'. We are seeing Direct averaging at <25% of revenue where this was previously ~50%.

  2. Improve how touchpoints are assigned channels and channel groups (e.g., Paid vs Organic Social)

We believe accuracy is critical because inaccurate data is untrusted data which ultimately means it becomes unused.

Campaign level view

This allows you to drill down to campaign level performance for channels where relevant (campaigns refer to both campaigns and flows in marketing platforms)

Note: Only campaigns from Instant Audiences, Klaviyo, and Instant AI. We will be adding Meta campaigns shortly.
