If you have lost access to your API key, navigate to your Apps and Sales channels to reset your API key.
Step 1 : Go to Settings and In the Overview tab, select Uninstall app from the top-right corner.
Step 2: Click Uninstall.
Step 3: To generate a new API key, click Install App.
Step 4: Click Install.
Step 5: Click Reveal token once.
Step 6: Copy the access token.
Step 7: Log into your Instant Dashboard and select Configuration in the left hand panel.
Step 8: Click on the 'Step 2: API Setup' tab and scroll down to Step 11. Next, paste the access token into the Access Token field and click Verify.
