- In the sidebar of your Klaviyo dashboard, select Flows.

Detailed instructions for Klaviyo
Most accurate: total your abandonment flows for the latest calendar month
The most accurate way to calculate your abandonment flow revenue is to add up the revenue generated by each of your abandonment flows.
- In the sidebar of your Klaviyo dashboard, select Flows.
- Set metric time period to last 30 days.
- Add up the revenue column for each of your abandonment flows (i.e., browse, add to cart, cart, and checkout abandonment flows).
Easier, but less accurate: subtract your welcome flow from your total flow revenue
Many merchants earn the majority of their flow revenue from their welcome flow and their abandonment flows. These merchants can get a rough estimation of their abandonment flow revenue by simply subtracting their welcome flow from their total flow revenue.
- Flow revenue: in the homepage of your Klaviyo dashboard, find your flow revenue. This is located in the attributed revenue section of the business performance summary card.
- Welcome flow revenue: In the top performing flows card (or under view all flows), find the revenue attributed to your welcome flow.
If you're accessing this via the view all flows button, make sure your report is filtered to show the last 30 days.
For most merchants, your abandonment flow revenue will be pretty close to your flow revenue, less your welcome flow revenue. If you tell our team both figures, we will do the subtraction for you.
