By default, Instant Audiences will only send data to Klaviyo for identified, opted-in shoppers. However, Instant Audiences is capable of identifying shoppers who are not opted-in to your mailing list.
If you would like to target these shoppers, you can enable New Profile Export.
- Navigate to the configuration page of your Instant Dashboard.
- Under Klaviyo Configuration, enable New Profile Export.
Instant Audiences will now identify shoppers who are not opted-in to your mailing list and send these to Klaviyo. We recommend targeting these shoppers with a dedicated welcome email flow, asking them to opt into your mailing list, rather than your standard abandonment flows. Do not opt them into your standard mailing lists without consent.
