Your brand identity is automatically applied to all emails sent by Instant AI. That includes your logo, colour palette, tone of voice so everything your shoppers see stays on-brand.
What happens during set up
When you first set up Instant AI, we’ll:
- Scrape your website to automatically apply your brand colours, logo, and tone of voice
- Display a preview of your results and allow you to make any minor tweaks
- We'll take these results and apply them to your brand for all future touch points
How to make changes after set up
If you need to make any changes after set up, you can go back to your configuration settings and make manual overrides.
- Go to Configuration → Brand
- Update your:
- Store Name
- Logo (upload a new file)
- Brand colours (Primary, Secondary, Accent, and text colours)
- Master Template (Applies to all emails)
- Business address
- Changes are automatically applied to all templates and emails across Instant
No need to manually restyle or re-edit templates. The brand settings act as your central source of truth applied everywhere.
How to send a test email and view your changes
If you'd like to preview your changes you can send yourself a test email from any flow
- Go to Dashboard
- Scroll to the bottom and click on any flow you wish to preview
- Select Send Test Email
- You'll receive a test email with a placeholder product to preview the look and feel
