How to Manage Your Brand Settings in Instant AI

Your brand identity is automatically applied to all emails sent by Instant AI. That includes your logo, colour palette, and business details so everything your shoppers see stays on-brand, always.

What happens during onboarding

When you first set up Instant AI, we’ll:

  • Scrape your website to automatically detect your brand colours, logo, and tone of voice
  • Preview your email templates styled with your brand
  • Apply your branding to every email touchpoint

How to edit your brand after onboarding

You can update your branding at any time:

  1. Go to Configuration → Brand
  2. Update your:
    • Store Name
    • Logo (upload a new file)
    • Brand colours (Primary, Secondary, Accent, and text colours)
    • Business address
  3. Changes are automatically applied to all templates and emails across Instant

No need to manually restyle or re-edit templates. The brand settings act as your single source of truth.

Tips

  • Keep your logo clear and high-res for best rendering in emails
  • Set a strong contrast between background and text colours for readability
  • If your store runs regionally (e.g. AU/NZ), make sure address info reflects where your shoppers are
