      Turning On or Off your Instant AI Flows

      You can manually control when each abandonment flow goes live. Turning a flow ON will immediately start sending emails to qualifying shoppers. Turning a flow OFF will pause it. 

      How to Turn On Your Flows

      1. Go to your Dashboard in Instant.

      2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to the Inactive Flows section.

      3. Click on any flow (e.g. Browse, Cart, or Checkout Abandonment) to open it.

      4. Click the switch at the top to turn the flow ON.

      5. Once enabled, it will move into the Active Flows section and will begin sending automatically to shoppers who qualify.

      6. Continue to do this for all flows you wish to enable

      TIP: Before turning your Instant AI flows ON, we recommend pausing similar flows in other platforms (like Klaviyo) to avoid doubling up. Once you’re ready, activate each flow in Instant to start recovering revenue.
