How does this feature work?

With Instant you can utilise SMS abandoned cart to capture customers who have not completed their order. This will send an SMS 2 hours after their session ended with a prewritten message and a reminder of what was in their cart, as well as a link to resume their checkout journey. This SMS will be from your company name for added customer assurance.

Is there a cost associated with this?

  • No Per SMS Fee: Instant covers all SMS expenses, so you can focus on your recovered lost sales without worrying about hidden charges.
  • Attributable Revenue Fee: Pay only when you succeed! We charge a 3% fee on the total purchase, on top of the regular checkout fee. This means you only pay us based on the additional revenue you generate through cart recovery. It's a win-win situation.

Instant will send an SMS 2 hours after the customers session ended. Currently this is a prefixed time period

What will the message say and can it be customised?

The SMS will have information of the customers cart and a prewrittened message. This currently can't be customised.
