If your Customer Events pixel is installed correctly, then it is possible that the Permission and Data sale configuration of your pixel is mis-configured. To double check, please follow the steps below.
- Proceed to your Shopify admin, and click Settings
- Proceed to Customer events in the sidebar. You will now see a table listing all the active custom pixels on your Shopify instance.
- Click into the Instant pixel.
- Ensure that Permission and Data sale configuration settings are set correctly.
