Why is Klaviyo still not receiving Events with the Customer Events pixel installed?

If your Customer Events pixel is installed correctly, then it is possible that the Permission and Data sale configuration of your pixel is mis-configured. To double check, please follow the steps below.

  1. Proceed to your Shopify admin, and click Settings
  2. Proceed to Customer events in the sidebar. You will now see a table listing all the active custom pixels on your Shopify instance.
  3. Click into the Instant pixel.
  4. Ensure that Permission and Data sale configuration settings are set correctly.
