When there is sufficient funds in your Instant Account, we submit refunds to your customer’s bank immediately. Depending on the bank's processing time, it can take around 5-10 business days for the refund to show up on your customer’s bank account.
When there isn’t sufficient funds, the refunds will be pending and you will need to ensure that the balance is brought out of negative before the refunds will be sent out.
